Nutritional and therapeutic properties of figs
Figs are a nutritious and sweet fruit that is sworn in in the Quran. Its Arabic name is "Teen" and its English name is "FIG".
The fig tree is native to West Asia and the Mediterranean countries and has been taken to Saudi Arabia, Syria and occupied Palestine.
Fig is a tree with yellow and clawed leaves and a gray-green color that reaches a height of six meters and is cultivated in temperate and tropical regions due to its lack of resistance to extreme cold.

The nutritional value of figs

Therapeutic properties of figs
Figs are warmer in terms of ancient Iranian medicine.
